Overall
The server may not be used
for commercial purposes.
The server may not be
named offensively or in a way to reflect another
commercial organisation.
The gaming server is for
the sole purpose of hosting a game process(es).
It may
not be used to host files, downloads or the like,
this includes the uploading of any files, images or
software not directly associated with the running of
the game process. Any such abuse of the server will
result in the service being suspended and the forfeit
of outstanding rental payments.
Customers have two weeks
notice before the end of their rental in which to
re-new their contract before their server is
reallocated. Therefore you will have the option to keep
your server without any interruption to service.
The
customer is responsible for uploading any
updated maps, mods and the like to their server. in
special circumstances
Battle-Ground will help, for example with new
patch releases, but the day to day
management is down to the user.
Refunds are not allowed for early
cancellation of a server.
The minimum rental period is 1 calendar month and
the rental fee is non-refundable. Your credit card
will be billed when you make an online payment
and at that point we fulfil your requirements. Your rental period
will not start until the day we give you access to
your server. The current average waiting period is
24 hours from completion of your order.
Clan "all in" specific
Customers are permitted to
run as many games
on their server as they like.
Battle-Ground will include
the necessary files for the chosen games upon
clearance of your payment.
The
customer is responsible for ensuring that
they have permission to use any mods or maps used on
their server. Battle-Ground will
advise and assist in performance tuning of your
server, but if you overload it and performance
suffers, that's down to you.
Game Server specific
Customers are permitted to
run a single game
on their server as ordered.
Battle-Ground will include
the necessary files for the chosen game upon
clearance of your payment.
The
customer is responsible for ensuring that
they have permission to use any mods or maps used on
their server.
You may not alter the max
number of players or maxrate settings that were
specified at order. Contact Battle-Ground should you
wish to increase these settings or ensure you
specify such changes at your subscription renewal. A
game server is a game "process" running on a
physical server and may be sharing those resources
with other game "servers". If you require a box to
do with as you please (multiple games, greater
freedom of max players etc), then please consider
the Clan "all in" package.
TeamSpeak Server specific
These servers are for your use in
relation to your gaming experience. Battle-Ground
can supply TeamSpeak capability of varying sizes and
you can purchase as much or as little as you need.
Be aware that any use of the TeamSpeak servers in a
commercial sense (i.e. reselling) or use for any
other activity outside of a gaming intention may be
in breach of TeamSpeak and/or Battle-Ground Terms
and Conditions.
Branding
If you wish to brand your server,
feel free. You pay for it, you brand it. If you
would like to include "Battle-Ground" branding on
your server and/or website (although you are in no
obligation to do so) please use the following
syntax.

for server names followed by your clan details (for
example how it may appear in All Seeing Eye)

For your websites, copy the code
from the box on the right hand side of the screen
(you may have to scroll a little to see it). This
will place our link icon on your website if you
include the code as copied.
